A correct bend is not just about pressing the sheet into a die—it requires precise calculation of material springback, rolling direction, and the right tool selection to achieve the required angle and radius without damaging the surface.

Technical support and deformation prevention

Before production, we assess the placement of holes, cutouts, and partitions. If they are too close to the bend line, we will propose an adjustment in advance to prevent unwanted deformation.

At our facility, sheet metal bending seamlessly follows laser cutting. We not only bend your parts precisely, but also press-fit threaded and rivet inserts, professionally weld them into an assembly, and deliver them with the finished surface treatment.
