Precision grinding for perfectly flat surfaces and tight fits

Grinding represents the pinnacle of machining precision and is a key finishing operation we deploy wherever conventional chip-removal machining is insufficient. We most commonly apply this method after heat treatment of the material, reliably eliminating any unwanted deformations from hardening and bringing the part to its final dimension.

Surface and cylindrical grinding

We provide a broad spectrum of technological capabilities: precision surface grinding for guide rails and mating surfaces, as well as external and internal cylindrical grinding for fitted shafts, journals, and bushings.

Material protection and stress relief

Through expertly controlled cooling and proper grinding wheel selection, we guarantee that we will not overheat your part’s surface and that no internal stress will develop. Grinding at our facility seamlessly follows prior milling and hardening, ensuring you receive a complete part ready for assembly.
