CNC turning is a modern form of machining in which a workpiece rotates while a cutting tool removes material from it. This technology is ideal for parts with a rotational base—shafts, sleeves, pins, flanges, rings, or threaded components. On modern machines, we can machine not only external and internal diameters in a single setup, but also through holes and grooves thanks to driven tools.

From Prototypes to Mass Production

The technology is fully suited for one-off prototypes and replacement parts, as well as for medium- and large-volume production runs. In mass production, the initial programming costs are spread out, which drastically reduces the price per unit.

Guaranteed alignment and tight fits

For tight fits, alignment, or strict runout requirements, functional surfaces are critical; we recommend marking them directly on the drawing. If necessary, we will seamlessly continue the process with heat treatment or grinding and deliver the finished part to you.
