Yes. On request, we can provide coating-thickness measurement reports or certificates relating to the chemical bath used.

We carefully mask all fitted surfaces and threads that must remain free of paint or galvanic coating, following your drawing documentation.

Galvanic and painted coatings add micrometres and, in some cases, tenths of a millimetre. We account for this during milling or turning so that the finished part remains within tolerance after treatment.

Yes. If surface treatment is part of your order, we arrange it and deliver the part finished and ready for assembly.
